Shipping Policy

Welcome to the SXSW Sydney Online Store, powered by Jungle Merchandise Pty Ltd (ABN 61 620 944 425). We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this shipping and returns policy:

Processing Time

All orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Pre-orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the release date specified.

 

Shipping Rates

We have partnered with Auspost to ensure the product reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. 

Tracking Your Order

An email with your tracking number will be sent to you within a day of shipping. You can track your order via the link provided in the email.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship all across Australia and to select international locations. If your location is not listed during the checkout process, please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Click and Collect 

Click and Collect is available! Pick up your orders directly from the Official SXSW Merchandise Kiosk located at the ICC. Available to badge holders only during the festival. Opening hours are 9am - 5pm and subject to change.


Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a straightforward, hassle-free returns policy for our customers.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact the customer service team at hello@merchjungle.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Place the item in the original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the package. Ship the item back to the address provided by the customer service team. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items.
